Saturated Hydroxylated polyester for combination with blocked isocyanate resin and polyurethodione. Suitable for the formulation of one-shot matt paints for heat transfer in combination with REAFREE 17014. Use as modifier to increase cross-linking density. Anti-graffiti paints.
