ENCOR® 2421 is a low viscous styrene acrylic emulsion formulated without alkylphenolethoxylates.
ENCOR® 2421 is a convenient binder for interior and exterior wall paints from high PVC matt paints with excellent scrub resistance to glossy coatings. ENCOR® 2421 shows a high reactivity towards rheology modifiers.
